COORDINATOR SOCIAL MEDIA

Responsibilities

Due to the importance of social media, this position plays a vital role in PACT. Coordinator social
media will be responsible for PACT’s presence on social and digital media. They will be
responsible for maintaining and promoting PACTs social and digital media accounts. They will
work closely with the information secretary. They will also be responsible for selecting social
media committee members in consultation with the General Secretary and the President.

Eligibility

This post requires a deep understanding of social and digital media and an interest in information
technology. They should also have a high level of digital literacy and understand social and digital
media. The candidate should be interested in mental health care in one of the following fields:
psychology, medicine, nursing, or sociology. They must have received training in cognitive
behaviour therapy. They must also be eligible for accreditation with their respective professional
College and professional licensure body. Those accredited as CBT therapists will be given
preference.

Reporting responsibilities

Coordinator social media will report to the Information Secretary and through the information
secretary to the president.
