INCHARGE EVENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

As our organization is expanding and has an international presence, we need a leader in planning,
managing and promoting events. The duties of the Incharge events planning and management
include overseeing the planning, promotion, and logistics of various events. The responsibilities
will revolve around planning and hosting promotional events, press events, sponsored events,
conventions, expos, and conferences. They will also be in charge of marketing and helping to find
a venue space where you plan events. They will work closely with the information secretary and
the social media team.

Eligibility

This post requires social and educational events management skills. Those with prior experience
will be preferred. The applicants must be an excellent team player who is capable of managing
events from small to large. The candidate should be interested in mental health care in one of the
following fields: psychology, medicine, nursing, or sociology. They must have received training
in cognitive behaviour therapy. They must also be eligible for accreditation with their respective
professional College and professional licensure body. Those accredited as CBT therapists will be
given preference.

Reporting responsibilities

Incharge Event Planning & Management will report to the chief coordinator.
