Welcome to the 13th International CBT Conference, taking place from 25th to 27th May in Islamabad. Our theme this year is ``Therapy in the Digital Age``, exploring the intersection of cognitive-behavioral therapy and technology.

Our Mission

Is to promote and facilitate education, training and provision of CBT across the country not only to professionals and patients but also to the general public for promotion of mental health.

The association, moreover, shall serve as a resource for matters related to CBT.
